We have 2 separate hot tubs in their own private buildings overlooking a wild Brook for exclusive use by guests. We also have a private hydrotherapy bath in lots own private building.
All rooms come with underfloor heating. No rooms have their own fireplace.
All rooms come with free WI-FI, Internet enabled flat screen TV, hairdryer, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, sink, WC and a small kitchen including microwave oven, ninja air fryer, fridge, sink, toaster, cafetière, plates, cups and cutlery.
All our rooms come with shampoo, soap, conditioner, pillows, blankets, hairdryer, bath towels and bath robes (his and her). We would recommend that you bring your own toiletries.
Standard UK 3 pin plugs with voltage for electronic devices is 230 V
Unfortunately not. Brook Bottom is better suited to older children and adults

This apartment sits in the heart of the newly converted farmhouse and sleeps two with a king size bed, small kitchen and bathroom with shower.
CUMULUS
This apartment offers a truly unique experience for guests. A suspended mezzanine floor with a king size bed, sofa, kitchen, dining area and bathroom with views overlooking the plot and the rolling hills
Cottages:
HOMESTEAD
This stand alone cottage pays homage to the history of faming at Brook Bottom. The cottage features a king size bed, kitchen and bathroom.
CASCADE
This stand alone cottage has its own private patio overlooking the wonderful Brook. The cottage features a king size bed, kitchen, lounge and bathroom with a stand alone lusso stone bath. Guests can sleep peacefully to the gentle noise of the Brook.

We cannot accept group bookings.
Payment is in full at the point the booking is made. Cancellation is 48 hours prior to the booking date for a full refund. After this date has passed, we can only offer guests the option to change their dates.
Yes, all our apartments and cottages are listed individually on our booking engine. Click “Book Now” to check availability.
We have a stand alone building offering two treatment rooms and a hair salon. We offer massages, facials and more. All bookings are by appointment only and guests are recommended to organise their treatments in advance of their stay.
Yes, we have 2 stand alone hot tubs in their own private buildings looking out over the Brook for the exclusive use of guests at Brook Bottom. We also have a private hydrotherapy bath experience for couples. All are subject to an additional charge and availability.
Guests are advised to book in advance of their stay by either calling 01706 482033 or booking online at Brook Bottom Aesthetics
Yes, Guests can pick up their keys from the reception of the treatment rooms in the main courtyard or keys can be left in secure key boxes outside the apartment entrance
Yes, Guests can enjoy free WiFi in all apartments and cottages as well as internet enabled TV. WiFi is not available outside or around the grounds at Brook Bottom.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate luggage before you have checked in or after you have checked out.
Check in is at 3pm and check out is before 10am.
Yes, there is one parking space per apartment or cottage at Brook Bottom.
The treatment rooms are open Tuesday – Saturday (8am – 5pm)
Yes, Guests can bring dogs but only when staying in our cottages (Homestead and Cascade).
Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments or cottages. There are designated smoking areas outside and ashtrays are available here.
